Mentor Training
Mentor Mixers
All Mentors are required to attend an Informational/Training session prior to being matched with a Mentee. Training on mentoring methods and issues, as well as subjects such as building the relationship with the Mentee and other youth issues are discussed.
In addition, our program provides ongoing lectures and/or seminars with invited professionals such as psychologists, educators, and youth workers to help Mentors with the various issues and concerns they may face in their role.
